Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept all major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment technology.
Prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, but any change will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.
In the event that a prescription is declined by our pharmacist following clinical review, a full refund will be issued within 5 to 10 working days.
Once your order has been clinically approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked service to the UK address provided at checkout.
We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, incorrect address details provided by the patient, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package or that a safe delivery arrangement is in place.
You may cancel your order at any time before our pharmacist has approved and dispensed your prescription. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once medication has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds in line with the Medicines Act 1968 and general pharmacy regulations. This policy exists to protect patient safety.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the matter promptly.
